How to Use Castor Oil
Castor Oil compress
- Take a piece of cotton or wool and soak it in Castor Oil
- Apply to your skin and leave it on, even overnight, so the oil can penetrate.
- You can also use a heating pad on top of the compress.
This method is often used as a remedy for constipation, dry skin, arthritis or period cramps.
Taking Castor Oil orally
- Take in a capsule as a supplement.
If you’re using it as a laxative, take 10-20ml per day. Start with less in case you have an adverse reaction to the oil.
