Waffles made with brown rice are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rich rice aroma in every bite. Compared to waffles made from wheat flour, pure rice waffles are easier to absorb and do not cause bloating, making them perfect for both the elderly and children. They are completely gluten-free—making them an absolute blessing for pastry lovers who have gluten allergies!

Waffle Preparation Method:

1. First, prepare the following ingredients: 1 pack of brown rice waffle mix (150g), 2 eggs, 20g of cooking oil or melted butter, and 100–110g of water or milk.

2. Frying Pan Method: First, preheat the frying pan. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly until smooth and completely lump-free. Pour an appropriate amount of the rice batter into the frying pan. Fry until bubbles form on the surface, then flip it over. Once both sides are golden brown, remove it from the pan. You can drizzle it with honey or add your favorite fillings.

3. Waffle Maker Method: First, preheat the waffle maker. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly until smooth and completely lump-free. Pour an appropriate amount of the rice batter into the waffle maker and cook for about 8 minutes (time may need to be adjusted depending on the machine). Once the surface is nicely browned, remove it.

Baking Tips: 

– You can adjust the amount of water or milk according to personal preference—we recommend adding water if you love a pure rice aroma, or adding milk if you prefer a richer, creamier flavor! 

–  The same logic applies to adding cooking oil or butter. 

– It is recommended to consume them as soon as possible after cooking for the best flavor. If using a waffle maker, one pack of brown rice waffle premix (150g) can make about 2 batches, though this may vary depending on your machine.
