Konjac/ Konjaku Rice can be use for Keto diet as high fiber content of konjac has many health benefits. Soluble fiber helps lower cholesterol and blood glucose levels. A diet high in fiber may also help regulate bowel movements too. Preparation : Pour konjac/ Konjaku Rice into a sieve, wash it under cold water for 2 minutes until the rice is well strained, bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the rice for approx 3 minutes and ready to consume.
